Absolute Pitch Training Lab App Privacy Policy
In short: this app collects no personal data. Your practice records stay on your own phone. Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and we never see your payment details.
Data we do not collect
- No account or sign-up. We never ask for your name, email, or phone number.
- No analytics, ads, or trackers. Nothing about how you use the app is sent to us or to any third party.
- No microphone, camera, location, contacts, or advertising ID.
Data stored on your phone
Your practice records (unlocked notes, daily answers, mistakes, test scores) and your language and reminder settings are stored only in the app. If iCloud Backup (iPhone) or Google backup (Android) is turned on, this data is included in your phone’s backup, which Apple or Google stores. We cannot access it.
To delete your records: go to Settings → Clear my data in the app, or delete the app.
Purchases
Purchases and refunds of the full version are handled by the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). The app only asks the store whether this device has bought the full version. It never receives your Apple ID, Google account, credit card, or any other payment details.
Daily practice reminder
Reminders are local notifications on your phone. You choose the time, it is stored only on your phone, and nothing goes through a server. You can turn reminders off anytime in the app’s Settings, or in your phone’s notification settings (iPhone: Settings → Notifications; Android: Settings → Apps).

Children
Children may use this app. We do not collect personal data from any user, including children under 13. The app uses no ads, advertising IDs, location, or tracking of any kind, and no data leaves the device. On children’s accounts, purchases first need a parent’s approval through Apple’s Ask to Buy or Google Play parental controls (Family Link).
